At LuminaOrb, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our items and to prevent abuse, returns are accepted only under the conditions described below.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only within a short time after purchase.
Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to review.
Returns may be approved only for the following reasons:

If the product powers on and performs its intended function, it is considered functional and non-defective.

Lighting products and decorative items may appear different depending on ambient light, camera settings, and environment. This does not constitute a defect.
Product Use Policy
Products may only be briefly inspected upon arrival.
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product shows signs of regular use

The product has been used beyond a basic functionality check

The item has been damaged due to misuse, impact, liquids, or improper handling

The product has been modified or tampered with
Use beyond basic inspection constitutes acceptance of the item.

Return Shipping

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization.
Late returns may be rejected.

Refunds to the original payment method are not provided unless required by law.
European Union – 14 Day Withdrawal Right
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:

Only basic inspection is permitted

The product must be returned in its original packaging
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a reduction in refund value may apply according to EU consumer law.
Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.
